Ms. Spiteri began her public accounting career in 1987 with the local accounting firm of Rooney, Ida, Nolt & Ahern in Oakland. In 1991, she joined SND Partners LLP where she has been involved primarily with providing audit and tax preparation services for rental real estate properties that are controlled by TCAC, RHCP, HUD and CalHFA. Since 1998, Ms. Spiteri has been the partner in charge of over 150 annual audits, including the preparation of the partnership and nonprofit tax returns of properties controlled by TCAC, HUD, RHCP and CalHFA. Additionally, her experience includes the performance of over 150 TCAC and HUD Cost Certification Audits.
Ms. Spiteri holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Golden GateUniversity in San Francisco. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in both California and Hawaii and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
